Exterior Painting project

This job involved removing dry rot from the bottom of a few exterior door casings and installing pressure treated wood as a replacement. After making the repairs I repainted 2 exterior panel doors with a cream colored satin finish latex paint. I also painted the front door (with side panels) with a gun metal blue colored satin finish latex paint. The overhead garage door and trim was also painted with the cream colored satin finish latex. Once the doors were finished I painted the porch and walkway between the porch and the sidewalk.

After finishing the above work the client hired me to repaint her heavily oxidized metal fence using Sherwin Williams Direct to metal paint. Prior to painting I removed the oxidation by scrubbing the fence down with TSP (Trisodium phosphate) substitute.
